If you are an existing Tenant and have a maintenance issue to report, please refer to the Tenant Information Pack provided at the commencement of your tenancy.

The Tenant Information Pack will confirm if you are renting a property that is managed by your Landlord (Non-Managed) or managed by JTM HOMES (Managed).

Non-Managed Properties

If you wish to report a maintenance issue or have a general enquiry with regards to the property, please make direct contact with your Landlord. Please refer to the Tenant Information Pack to locate your Landlord’s contact details.
