London is now in tier 4 - What does this mean for us at JTM Homes?

Following Boris' recent announcement, London is now in tier 4 for the forseeable future.
Despite this, Robert Jenrick, Housing secretary, took to twitter on the 19th December and stated “Housing market update: the sales and rental markets remain open in all tiers. All associated activities can continue as before.”
Therefore, our London office will remain open, whilst following our usual COVID regulations, until our Christmas break. If you have any questions, please contact sales@jtmhomes.co.uk and a member of our friendly team will be more than happy to help.
Our last working day will be Wednesday 23rd December 2020, closing at 6pm. Our office will re-open on Monday 4th January 2021 at 9.00am.
Rents for managed properties will still be paid on weekdays during the festive period, except Christmas day, Boxing Day and the bank holiday.
